Father's Day

Well we were up and out before Daddy woke up because it was a Boost day so we were in Twickenham by 09.40.

Carys danced. W and I whiled away our time in Richmond very pleasantly. Carys was given feedback by Emma to work on her arms and lower abs to be ready for Mid 3 in September. Good for her to have a focus for the summer.
