Quiet Road

Our road towards Workington is closed for 5 weeks at least, (been closed for 2 now and they have only delivered a load of pipes) part of keeping the Water Flowing through Cumbria project.
I walked to the village Summer Fete this afternoon and then I didn't have to do the long do-tour.
When this part of the road is up and running they are closing the other side of our house, so it will not be easy to get to Cockermouth. Suppose to be 20 weeks in all.
