Brexit referendum + 1 year
It's already been a year since the blasted Brexit referendum.
Since then, over thirty thousand EU citizens left UK (and that's just the ones who somehow got counted), applications from EU nurses fell by 95% and this month strawberries are rotting on British fields as less fruit pickers than usual arrived from Eastern Europe and locals are somehow reluctant to fill these jobs that the migrants were previously stealing.
This not very photogenic photo is a response of 'the 3 million' group (they are increasing awareness of the issues surrounding leaving UK for EU nationals in UK and lobbying for the best deal possible) to the pathetic offer on our continuing right to reside in UK presented by the PM in Brussels on Thursday.
There is a lot of political fluff on display and still no real assurances.
It feels like it's time to stop paying taxes and start seriously saving for a move to a new country...
