Middle son Matthew popped in to say hello and to pick up a bike. Since fracturing and dislocating a finger playing rugby he is still has problems with it. This is turn has meant he has not played cricket this season. Hopefully I have found someone who can give him good advice.

Thomas left early this morning for a camping trip to the Lakes with some friends. The suggestion was to walk up Coniston Old Man. Good job I have a stock of equipment to hand as forward planning is not a strong point.

Managed to fit in a run and pleased that the work in the gym is beginning to pay off. The knee and shoulder felt much improved.
