A lazy day.

Five  miles on the treadmill this morning followed by Arbroath Smoked Kippers for breakfast.

Grass too wet to cut and too damp to paint the garage door, so I settled in the armchair to watch Glastonbury.

Nipped out to the local shop late afternoon to get some potatoes and took a slight detour to Scammonden. Took this photograph from the embankment which carries the M62 motorway across the dam. photograph.

Cut the grass and now watching Glastonbury again on tv.
