Running plans abandoned due to horrible back pain so after some early work, Ona and I headed for the planned shop and coffee. Shoes procured for a dress that's yet to arrive.
Home for a couple of hour's work and then a bag purchased whilst popping out with The Teen! More work and sorting this evening ready for wha busy week.
