Yellow and Green Tension

Thought this was an interesting design made of new natural gas pipes on (still green) tree lawns.  They're waiting to be installed on our street -- lot of hubbub, since they have also been repaving in the area and pouring new cement sidewalks.  We wonder about supposed lack of government money for infrastructure repair, but glad we're getting this stuff done -- just hoping other projects get funded too, and not just with private money.
