Patience
Patience brings about good things and good things to eat. Hot off the grill dinner for tonight is Beer Can Chicken. The first two hours we brined the chicken. Then put on a special Rub on the skin before grilling it on the big green egg. My husband sprayed the chicken with a beer, vinegar, oil and apple cider mixture every 20 minutes. It was moist, tender and very tasty. Well worth the work and the wait! I am blessed to have a husband who likes to cook.
