Man in the Mist

Today the Walking group parked at the swing bridge at Albert Town, and walked up the true left of the Hawea River.  We had our lunch overlooking the White Water Park, then headed back to the cars and a nice cuppa at a local cafe.  The extras are:  At our lunch spot, and a river surfer in action.  We set off in freezing conditions, with ice everywhere, the sun came out for a bit, then disappeared.  All in all a lovely day out for the 13 walkers, even if it was cold.  All up I walked 19,214 or 14.3 k's.  No wonder I feel a bit on the tired side!!!
