Idyll of Summer

Mt. Hood looks cool and composed, while a sweltering day turns into a hot dusk. Record breaking heat temperatures around the region today. Fortunately, it is forecast to be much cooler tomorrow.

I am finally well and have put behind me many work projects that needed attention. 

Looking forward to a break from work. We are heading for Bellingham, Washington in a few days to visit with Connections and Pilipo, and then to pick up my Canadian grandson. He and my son, Vincent will drive to the Oregon coast and the secluded and pristine Camp Westwind.
