Thanks for all your good wishes re my migraine, I was feeling very sluggish this morning, but this afternoon so much better.  Migraines are beastly things.

-5 deg frost this morning but a lovely sunny day follows - joy !!

These 5am mornings are taking its toll both with tiredness and stress, but fingers crossed that tomorrow we will win race seven of the Americas Cup.  We are up 7-1 but its not over until they cross that finish line first.  Good luck boys.
