Lecture hall Museum Barberini Potsdam
I visited the newly opened exhibition in the Museum Barberini in the centre of Potsdam. The Museum is located in the former Palais Barberini which was destroyed in the war but was rebuilt in the last two years in the original place and with the 'original ' facade as a modern art museum to house the art collection of Hasso Plattner, co-founder of SAP. He also gave the money for the project and pays for the running costs ( I guess)
The exhibition I saw is
From Hopper to Rothko - America's road to modern art - For me one of the best of its kind
What I like about this photo is the glimpse of the other buildings you get through the window. The extra shows the building as a whole .
