Mooving with the Girls

Shot on my way home from appointments in G-Town today.

These young girls were very interested in my presence and I'm only about 6 inches from #388's nose here with my wide angle lens, but she remained very calm and inquisitive.

I used a ND0.6 filter on my Fuji 16mm f/1.4 lens to help me control the light a little. I love this focal length - I'm a great believe in "go wide and get close!"


In the extra shot you'll see me at the other extreme - shooting with my XF100-400mm lens, this time at 100mm to compress the background. This was shot just down the road from the cows but with a slightly different angle to the sun.
