The Secret Garden

Spent a couple of hours clearing my overgrown garden with a friend this afternoon after working a shift at the Castle marshalling the bike route of the triathlon.

The apple tree was weighed down by heavy branches and rotten apples have turned mushy and black on the ground. I'm hoping the tree will gain a new lease of life after the pruning.

My secret garden is starting to look more like a garden than a jungle. Watch this space for more developments...
