Curly Wurly

Gorgeous wandering in the meadow on the limestone escarpment overlooking Cheltenham in the heat of the morning. 

Always a favourite place of mine this time of year especially as the Marbled Whites are in full flight, slowly flapping over the grasses and wild flowers. I was so lucky to get this one settled on a stem so I hunkered down and we lay side by side enjoying the sun together.
