MonoMonday 179: Fifteen Minutes of Fame

I've always been blessed with the gift of exceptional Eye-Hand Coordination. I'm quite good at Skeet Shooting and those types of things, no brag...just fact! So when we saw this Battle Axe Throwing Contest at The Ormand Beach Celtic Fair several years ago, I was encouraged by my friends to compete. Long story short...I beat all of the women contestants and then went on to heap a pile of hurt on the male contestants as well! I walked away with a First Place Certificate of Award and my very own Battle Axe, which is proudly displayed in our living room! Very Proud of my Celtic Heritage I am!
