Life cycle of a butterfly

The class have been watching the wonderful process of the caterpillars turning into beautiful butterflies and today we released the last 2. Luckily, this one landed on the flower head and posed for me, a painted lady I think. While the other one just shouted yippee and soared off into the summer sky.
