Happy Birthday Jessica

It was our granddaughter's third birthday today - the time since this little bundle arrived has absolutely flown by.

A family outing to "Tropical Butterfly House Wildlife And Falconry Centre" near Sheffield was arranged. It is an absolutely lovely place and Jessica (well all of us really) had a great time. Loads of butterflies and parrots in the tropical house, up close and personal in the Lemur enclosure, a fabulous flying display from the owls and parrots. Lots to see! It was a nice day weather wise too.

After a grand picnic lunch we headed back to their house for presents, cake and games.

Our daughter had made this fabulous cake - with different shades of purple cake in layers. Topped off with candles and a sparkler number three!

As you can imagine - many more photos to sort through after the weekend ones which are still waiting! Very slowly catching up with journals....
