Sir Chris a-Hoy!

Sir Chris and his fellow Scottish Olympians and Paralympians came to visit Edinburgh today. I thought the weather might mean it would be less crowded but there were still hundreds of people cheering them as they travelled around in their golden bus! Unfortunately I wasn't far forward enough to get a chance to speak to him. Maybe next time.

Had a great church service this morning, and this evening I went to visit one of my flatmates' churches. Encouragingly, both sermons were very similar in what they were talking about. It was also interesting being in a church much bigger than my own, and it was great to see friends there I haven't spoken to in a while.
