So many thoughts whirring away. Often it's difficult to quieten them down, switch them off and just be. Whilst everyone else was watching Doctor Who I decided to take some time out. Beach or hills? Hills won and I drove up to the Lammermuirs to watch the sun set. It was worth it, my thoughts slowed and I just breathed the view in.
