Reflections

Where did all the animals go?? This mill pond at work is notmally bustling with ducks and swans and moor hens and geese... but while they are all off mooching elsewhere, the pond is ripple-free and perfect for a reflection!

Just taking a few minutes out at lunchtime to spend outside, reflect inwardly, or better yet, still my thoughts and just be present in the moment.
