The airport dinner

So that's the last dinner. Still several hours before going on-board.

This is a very well known and much liked local delicacy that is especially seasonal for the summer weather.Those who like savoury taste may wish to have a try - might be somewhat salty to you but it is delicious, especially good to go with plain rice, and can be enhanced by vegetables, either pickled or freshly stir fried.

Not in large amount (airport dishes, as you know) but it's quite affordable among the menu, onlu RMB 38, less than 4 pounds.
