A Visitor Arrives

One of my husband's friends came to visit us today, their friendship goes back many years when M was just a teenager.  It was a delight to have his company for the day.  After tea and biscuits we drove him around our part of North Norfolk (he had not visited the area before).  We stopped at the Blakeney Hotel for a delicious lunch with a view over the Marsh and out to sea, then after a walk to settle our lunch we all went to the North Norfolk Railway where I photographed this section of a railway recovery crane.  A splendid day indeed.
