Fidgets and Digits

I went to Addenbrookes to have my finger x rayed. It isn't broken but they didn't tell me what is wrong with it. It still really hurts.
My TA covered for me and when I got to school there was a lot of exciting science going on involving tennis balls, mini pool tables and fidget spinners. It was all to do with forces and the children loved it.
We had an almighty thunder storm this afternoon and lost all our power so after the children went home we locked up and went home too. Very nice.
