Nice day to day but did not see much of it this morning as Keith had to go for a camera test at hospital. This took us most of the morning but all was ok as they said they could not see anything so that was good.

What made me laugh was the last 8 years or so i have been in and out of hospital with my Heart and couple of other things. He goes for one test and it is in the private part of the hospital and a room of his own i do not know how he dose it.

When we got back we took molly out for her walk and had an ice cream the sea was a little rough wind surfers where out so they were glad of a bit of wind.

I had to dip in the challenge and to day it was what's in your fridge and i can say not much.
