Towers of Lerrick??

A fine day, nothing fancy or sunny but at least it's been dry :) 

Another day in the museum office.  I've fairly getting through old photos and getting plenty of names gathered.  A lazy moment after tea, but mam popped by and we went for a walk about Scalloway with Sammy.  Off to work in the pub later. 

There's been new towers in Lerwick today, but not on land, they arrived on a ship.  The 216m Forte, heading 93 miles west of Shetland has towered over town and felt like a new construction site.  What a sight to see, although it's not very pretty.  Taken from Garthspool Road, Lerwick.
