Audit and Risk Management Committee today.

Lots (and lots) of papers today to ensure that our corporate and information governance is in order.

It was the last day for our two Board members Brian Baverstock and Alastair Hamilton (whose last public appearance was last week and blipped). Brian is the Chair of the ARMC.

But it was also the last day for Helen Berry from Scott-Moncreiff. They have been our internal auditors from set up but, as is the way of these things, we re-tender and another company has secured the contract.

We wish all our departures well: it seems to be a feature f this time of year.
