Sick

Well after a very special day out yesterday and lovely time with friends we were rudely awoken at 2am by poor C being very poorly. We all crawled back into bed circa 4am and didn't get much sleep.

So C had to miss his sports day and have a day at home. He really was not well all morning and seemed to rally after lunch, only to be sick again when we made a quick sprint to the supermarket for essentials.

Both children slept which was just as well and then we took it easy watching the telly to recover.

Luckily it was a nice day and R could play outside, we ended up reclining in the garden while C did Lego and perked up a bit thankfully.

The pic is R washing her special 'doggy' who had got a bit grubby of late, after lots of trips out. He had a lovely dip and scrub and then air dried in the sunshine. Can't be bad!
