marking the way through burned forest on a little used seven mile trail from Mexican Hay lake to the South Fork of the Little Colorado. This was a challenging hike as a steep part of the trail has been obliterated by a rock fall unless of course we lost the trail completely at that point. I had already walked the easy two miles by the river with Kiki and watched the beaver this morning.
