Rules and Regulations

Everywhere you go we're confronted with rules and regulations, signs that say don't do this or you can't do that. In business we use "management systems" which are developed and meet international standards such as ISO9001 (Quality) etc. Used well these systems can help organisations, used badly and they can be bureaucratic, mass form filling, and stifle creativity and innovation. In an economic climate where we have to do more for less, make sure you take the right route or you face a business disaster.

Details of the Annual Change Festival were announced today, no details of the line up yet but I'm sure it will come out over the next month. I think I may be called up, well that's my hunch. It could be an interesting run in towards the end of the year.
