Notes: Left the house just after 10a and headed to Clearwater for dr. appt. To Al's after and we had lunch at the Chinese buffet near him. Met my friend for a quick beer at Rumba and then back to downtown St Pete. Trader Joe's for fruits and veggies, home just before 5p. Quiet night in.
