More Like A Third World Tip !

It's one thing to put a great notice up explaining all about Pioneer's Quay , it's another to keep in order.Many tourists stop and read it They then try walking down here .THIS is what they find now plus a wrecked boat . Squalid and yes it's been going worse over the last 3 years .Environmentally a disgrace it has me wondering what the Pioneers would think The tunnel built in the 1700's was built by" Workers "..This is the handiwork of Shirkers .
Note :The geese have lost a gosling .Why am I surprised when the 'owner' of the oh so strangely destroyed boat yesterday threatened to decapitate one.
