Local Color

I love this view from the other side of the river - the local fine dining and watering hole (maroon building).  Always a busy spot.  This is the nature trail that goes from the library to the center of town along the river, about a mile round trip, maybe a little more.  I had a retro moment when I stopped in the library to borrow a book.  With Amazon and Barnes and Noble, I haven't "borrowed" a book in probably 15 years.  Found out I had a celebrity number (270) a bit of a status symbol here in town, early days, i.e. old timer!
