following my husband's efforts yesterday, today was my turn - painting the aforementioned wallpaper. The living room's looking lovely now. Next job is to stick a coat of gloss on and round the window frames and door frame. Once all that's done, we can start all over again by clearing the alcove (tetrisizing according to Jellycat72) and stripping, papering and painting in there too.

Once we cleared up our painting mess, I had just enough time to pop out to the shop and managed to miss a massive downpour. I liked the combination of dark grey skies with bright blue and a rainbow...
