Day 20 - and a day of rest

This is one of the two roof windows in our main bedroom. Well not the window but the opening. The window is on the floor as it will be reused as we only had it put in 15 years ago. They will though be retro-fitted with outside electric blinds which explains the empty pipe dangling from the roof.

Not very nice having an open space with night frost but at least there is a good insulation layer which will be cut out when the window is put back in. Even less pleasant is the fibres from the old insulation as well as dust etc, floating about in the bedroom.
