Mark It

Ooooofffff! All the stress of this week caught up with me today, my performance during training was pretty shocking.  I’ll be back!

Down in Swansea later to mark up the route for WalkIt Swansea which happens tomorrow.  Weather wasn’t great and we got soaked by the end.  I wonder how people will react to the last 1k, it’s steep!  LOL!
