Red Ironbark Blossom

I went across the road today to try to capture some Rainbow Lorikeets that are currently inhabiting the tall eucalypts.  I came away with nothing worth Blipping because these beautiful birds just bury themselves in the clusters of flowers and are impossible to isolate enough for a good shot.  However, on looking through what I had, I was taken with the prettiness of these flowers and rather like the image of the lorikeet out of focus and lurking in the background. So here's my FF Blip!
