Juno jumps up on this stool only when he's hungry. He waits there patiently until someone either gives him a Dreamie, tops up his biscuits or (so exciting) opens a tin or pouch of food. If a tidbit isn't enough, he'll hop up on the stool again until he gets all that he needs wants. It's an effective technique.
I had an enjoyable cycle to and from work, though it was a little manic in the morning with the drivers. There seemed to be a lot of school trips and school sports events happening so perhaps the parents were a little all over the place with the school run. I got to work in the end. It was lovely to see at the start of my route, two more cyclists in the advance box going in my direction - another female cyclist and a chap with his daughter in a child's seat. Having cyclist company in West Norwood seldom happens on my route.
I had lunch at Paul, catching up with a friend. Nom. Then Fred and I went for a curry in the evening. I am very well fed today.
We crashed out (too full with paneer tikka masala) and watched Wild. I have the book – I must read it! What a story.
