Pretty in Pink

There is always a moment in the garden, when everything is just perfect.  Sadly, it usually only lasts until the next heavy rain, or a windy day, or a cold snap.  

I adore the peonies, but for some reason this is the only one which flowered this year, and as lovely as it is I know it will only be there for a week or two, and then it is gone for another year.  Still, me and the bees think it is worth it.
