Robin in the garden

Robin (with his parents) was here for a couple of days - they've all left now to go to a wedding, and then visit other relatives.  He enjoyed exploring the garden, and the garden room this morning before leaving - I've added several extras.

After he left, we had another visitor - I think she's an Emperor Dragonfly, though she's more blue than most of the pictures.  She spent considerable time laying eggs in the pond.  She's looking a bit tatty around the edges.

We have a resident broad bodied chaser, who patrols and guards the pond all day, and has done for several weeks now.  He was not too pleased to see her!
