Metro Centre

Today is the start of our third annual holiday in Whitby!

We set off to drive down in the morning, stopping first at a huge garden centre near Morpeth for lunch and soft play and a look at some large model dinosaurs. CyclopsJnr rampaged happily with several bigger boys.

Bit more driving, then another stop at the Metro Centre to buy new shoes. CyclopsJnr has biked a hole through one pair, and we're aware he has wide feet so we thought we'd have him measured at Clarks. Job done, sale shoes bought, excellent. And CyclopsJnr was allowed to drive this car about the shops.

Then yet more driving and we arrived at our holiday house late afternoon. We had a walk to the supermarket for provisions and checked out the boats and seagulls and people fishing and so on.

CyclopsJnr has been very excited.
