A bit of an odd day. 
My nieces and their partners left early this morning, and our German friends left at lunchtime. 
My sister called over and drove me to Bantry where I had an appointment to have an ultrasound scan of my heart.  This is follow on testing from the last time, as the adjusting of my meds hasnt helped and I'm still having the same problems. 
However all is good. My heart is fine and all the other test results are swimmingly good, they said. So, still puzzled, and the next thing is a ct scan in a couple of weeks. But I am reassured. 
Home for a quiet evening and an early night.
