It's been a great Saturday after a busy week in the big chair.
Spin this morning was motivating and certainly woke up the mojo after a week of no exercise.
Cycled to the castle for coffee and a catch up before working on research for a few hours in uni library. Was a privilege to invest the time.
Met up with sis and nephew for his 13th and we headed for a walk to the pub. My two joined us after their grandma visit before back to his for takeaway and birthday cake. Lovely family time.
