Busy busy busy

It's been a very busy day.

It started with a sports massage. It is always painful but it's one of the ways that I try to look after my body.

Then I've run some errands in town.

Then back home and off to dog agility.

Murphy was very good.

Then I've taken him to have his hair cut. While he was there I went to the Natuonal Trust property Hinton Ampner. It's the first time that I've been there on my own.

I took a book and sat and read in the sunshine. I also sat on the ground and talked to the fish, see the extra. David always liked the fish too. It's a lovely garden.

I'm volunteering at the Mill in the morning.
