2017 Friday -- At the Pier

This little Central Coast town is known by its pier, and even though we are often in the vicinity, we seldom walk onto the pier. Not sure why, but possibly because of the wind factor. Today the pier just seemed like the place to capture a photo.

There were no surfers in the water because the waves had no shape, but I rather like the long line of pretty white foam.

Today this little community begins to fill with 4-day weekend tourists. Tuesday will be the July 4th parade and lots of festivities.
