Football Training

It took Basil and me 40 minutes to reach Nanpantan Sports Ground from home, as opposed to the normal 5-10 minutes. Huge holdup on the M1 had diverted traffic across the Forest. All through routes were jammed.

When we got there, we found the Loughborough Dynamo Junior Players keenly ready to undertake training, even though it's not football season.

Basil and I walked the perimeter of the field. Fortunately, we found ourselves in the shelter of the Outwoods cricket pavilion when a short sharp shower chose to rain.
