On the beach, this afternoon.

Had a wonderful meal tonight. I cooked the bacalhau that I blipped two days ago. I followed a traditional Portuguese recipe for Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá. (the recipe available here)
This was preceded by Portuguese lomo (cured pork loin) and freshly cooked winkles, picked a little earlier on the beach above.
To follow were freshly made 'Pasteis de nata', Portuguese custard tarts, made by my brother, with my encouragement. These were deeelicious!
