Visiting Nona

Nona is recovering from a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction. The lump was classified as stage 1, but agressive, thus the immediate response. When we got to Mandeville, she was dopey, and in a lot of pain, but recovering nicely.

On our way, we stopped at the cabinet place, and ordered the new doors and drawers for our kitchen remodel. The irony did not escape us. Life goes on. Nona is super excited about our kitchen, and wanted to hear what we picked, before she dosed off from her painkillers.
