Up a notch
Our humble Indian restaurant, that used to be set in a garden, has moved to new premises. The tiny kitchen, that used to be the size of a small garden shed, is now large and modern, but they still have a tandoori oven. The kitchen staff now have fancy uniforms and the food, which was always fabulous has gone up a notch, same prices. This dish is a starter comprising of onion and tomatoes which you spoon into cone shaped popadoms and top with cayenne pepper. There is also a choice of chutneys and pickled onions.
We ate far to much.
