Day seven of our trip.

It's almost time to start for home, so it was up early to start the day with breakfast at the Black Bear Diner. Then headed on down the road toward Bend. We stopped at Peterson Rock Gardens and enjoyed the massive rock displays from several years of work. Everything is made totally of different kinds of rock. Just beautiful. There were also many beautiful Peacocks on the property. Mommies, daddies and lots of little ones. A well cared for garden. Definately worth the stop.

Then on to a place to camp and fish. We stopped at Crane Prairie Resort and they had two spots very close together so we decided to stay. Being a holiday weekend we were afraid we might have a hard time finding a spot. This one is perfect. We had been there before and it's a beautiful spot. Hubby and our friends tried fishing. Didn't have any luck, but had a lot of fun. Always very relaxing. Had a nice dinner with our friends, then built a fire and sat around the campfire until it got too cold to stay out any longer. A very pleasant evening and the end of a great day.
